Beautiful amulet of the Buddha Phra Somdej Gao Charn consecrated by the Most Venerable LP Mahasila of Wat Phosi Saab (Karasin).
This limited series is called Roon Samret Salilaeng Raeng and was consecrated in 2020 by the Most Venerable Luang Phor Mahasila Sirichanto.
On the front there is an image of the stylized Buddha Phra Somdej on a nine-step throne, and on the back a portrait of the Venerable and a small four-armed protective Buddha Phra Pidta.
This rare piece was decorated with Yant and golden Pali letters drawn by Luang Phor Mahasila himself (it is an amulet originally intended for the benefactors of his temple).
The nine-level amulets of the Buddha Phra Somdej are reputed to be the most powerful, but nowadays very few Venerables still master the steps of the complex ritual of their manufacture. Indeed, the more "levels" a Phra Somdej amulet has (the steps of the Buddha's throne), the more complex the consecration ritual is, and few Venerables have the authentic lineage of this secret rite.
