Large Thai amulet of Jatukham Rammathep dedicated by His Holiness Somdej Phra Sangharaj at Wat Phra Mahatat Mahaworawihan (Nakhon Sri Thammarat).
This series of amulet Phra Théwarat Pothisat Jatukham Rammathep Roon Phra Baramee Romsai ( Pim Nam Ruek ) was consecrated during a grand ceremony gathering several thousand famous monks and Venerables on April 16, 2007.
But before this last ceremony His Holiness Somdej Phra Nyanasamvara, Supreme Patriarch of Thailand presided over the consecration ceremonies and sprinkled these amulets with holy water for the first time at Wat Hong Bon (Chian Yai), the second time at Khao Kha Historical Park (Sichon), the third time at Sai Mae Shrine (Mae Chao Yu Hua), the fourth time at Wat Phra Mahathat Mahaworawihan, and the fifth and final time at the Nakhon Sri Thammarat City Pillar Shrine.
On the front there is an image of Jatukham Rammathep surrounded by nine Nagas,
and on the back the Chedi of Wat Phra Mahatat Mahaworawihan, surrounded by the animals of the Chinese zodiac and the guardian demons Phra Rahu.
These amulets of Jatukham Rammathep are two-tone (white on the front and pink on the back) and composed of two different relic pastes (there are therefore variations from one piece to another, it happens that the pink is visible on the front for example, see photo).
A powder of precious ancient sacred metals from the collections of Wat Bawon has also been added on the front part of these amulets. On the back it is a powder of Phratat relic stones that has been added.
This edition of the Jatukham Rammathep amulet is considered one of the best ever consecrated and is a true classic for collectors (as it is one of the only ones to have been consecrated by the Supreme Patriarch and containing rare relics provided by His Holiness),
It is highly sought after and it is now quite rare to be able to find it like this, new (never worn) and still with its original box and a reliquary, also new.
